Battle Plans for 2010
2010 is lookin' to be a belter!
We got the first few dates booked, starting at the moment with a night of hard partying and drinkin' in Leeds - our first Fenton date in YEARS.
A few more battles planned here there and everywhere but the big news is

We're gona be joinin' up with our good chums MORKRET and pillageing across the country.

But its not all fun and games; this day is our bands live anniversary. That’s Right! 2 YEARS SINCE WE SET SALE!!! 2 years since we introduced you to what British Pirate Metal is all about!
Battles have been fought, won and many a stadium has been pillaged dry. We’ve played with some top names in metal, striving each and every time to top our last performance.

Album Reviews, Battles Won and Lost, and Setting a New Course
ATTENTION ON DECK, LOWLY SWABS!
Its been a rip roaring few weeks for us scurvy lot. We’ve been travelling again across Yorkshire, tearing up everywhere we’ve come into contact with, as well as harassing the worlds Music Press with our CD, THE LEGEND OF SALTY JIM

Battle Reports – Well in the last few days we’ve had a faire number of battles to fight. First we took on Leeds’ “The Shed” under the command of Black John Crawford. Much ale was supped and many more tears were “Shed” as the long anticipated (and never to be played again under pain of pain) cover of Africa was heard and rained down on us all.
Next up was a battle of the bands in Bradford… lets just say, the mighty SBP are now a good bit richer, if ye catch our meanings.
Finally, our latest battles were with our old plunder buddies Alestorm and the mighty Faroic folkers TYR. We ain’t never seen a port so packed as Rios that night, and so many of the crew wearing our T-Shirts and Eye Patches. Cutlasses were raised and much black powder was burned, and afterwards, much merch was sold (Yarrrg, we loves booty)
If ye missed this one then prepare to have yer regret Keelhauled as ye thumb through these pics.
As ye can see, after a night as awesome as that Rios will never be the same again.
But enough of events past! What next?
Well work has begun on Album/EP MK 2 and the endless quest for a label to pay us to do it! We have more gigs planned, with yet another bunch of north of the border scallywags Man of the Hour, as well as a thrash fest in Wakefield, a Bloodtstock gig in Derby and a return to the stage with that old metal legend Blaze Bayley!

Memoirs of the Salty Jim
Well its been a few months now since the album has been available and ye lucky brigands have been rocking out to it like nobody's business. Even some young enterprising buccaneer managed to rob us! SEA-GODS BLESS THAT MAN (and string him up by his gizzard at the first opportunity)
